Okay, so when I was writing this, my stalker ex-boyfriend was still being an asshole and pretty much ruining my virtual life. Thus, this happened. Slight trigger warning for possible mentions of past dating violence/domestic abuse. It all kind of ties into Katie's backstory. Anyways enjoy. :)

Episode 115: Sour apples
"Katie, what's wrong?" James asked curiously.
"Her ex got parole," Carlos said.
"He what?!" Camille said, coming out of the bathroom.
"He's gonna find me!" Katie cried.
Camille quickly wrapped the girl up in her arms, whispering to her. "He won't find you. You know why? Cuz I'm growing what is possibly the incredible Hulk in here he kicks so much. Between the two of us we'll beat the shit out of him before he lays so much as a finger on you again. You're going away this weekend anyways. When you come back this town will be safe for you. I swear sissy, do you hear me?"
Katie nodded tearily against her. "C-can we still file for that restraining order?"
"You'll probably have to go to court," Camille warned.
"I don''t care, I don't feel safe," She sniffled.
"Then we will," Camille said. "I won't let him near you. I promise you, got that?"
KATIE'S POV:
I nodded. Camille had never EVER broken a promise she ever made me. I looked at Carlos, then at Lucy, and Logan, and finally James. They could keep me safe. If ANYONE could keep me safe, it was these guys. And Camille was right; I was going away that weekend, she and Logan could throw him off my trail in that time. I took a deep breath and looked at Logan. "You ready to leave?"
"Whenever you're ready," He said, sharing a look with Camille. I sniffled, checking my backpack one last time. Carlos and I had agreed to share a backpack with either James or Logan and I had chosen James. I had everything; spare clothes for both of us, his diabetes supplies, extra pull-ups, a first aid kit, my wallet, earphones, chap stick, a note book and pen, and a guitar pick for good luck, with my phone in my back pocket. I slid the backpack on and nodded to Logan.

Logan breathed a sigh of relief. "Then let's go," he said happily. I smiled weakly, skipping over to the couch.
"Bye sissy," I said, hugging her tightly.
"Bye kiddo," She whispered.
