Episode 116: little pink lies
(AN: I know this is a weird way to start but again, loosely based on reality. :P)
CAMILLE'S POV:
"I promise we'll keep her safe," Logan whispered to me as he hugged me. He lead them out the door and I waited until it closed before I burst in to tears.
"Shh, you said you'd get a restraining order," Lucy said, hugging me.
"But who knows how long that'll take and shes' not safe with him hanging around!" I sobbed. "You don't know what he did to her! I don't even know what all he did to her!"
"Shh, Camille breathe," Lucy said, rubbing my back. I hadn't even realized I was hyperventilating. "Camille we CAN keep her safe. ALL of us. We just have to be on our toes. We can't leave her alone at ALL. Carlos can go with her to the studio, and I can escort her around the Palmwoods, and any other time she's either here with you or with Carlos."
"But what about this weekend?" I asked hoarsely.
".....I'll take her," Lucy said. "She trusts me, and I fend off bitches too. Carlos just has to look after James for me."
I nodded slowly, sitting up and wiping my eyes. "Sorry, I didn't mean to freak out, but..."
"She's like your sister, I get it," Lucy said. "I was that way with Annie."
END CAMILLE'S POV, AND MEANWHILE, ON A HIGHWAY ACROSS TOWN CAUGHT IN SOME TRAFFIC.......
(AN: We're gonna go with what's at the Six Flags in Texas if I use ANYTHING that's actually at Six Flags, because that's the only one I've ever been to. But I'll probably take creative license most of the time. Carry on! :)
"Dude and The Batman!" Carlos said.
"I know man, we've GOT to get on all of them!" James said, squirming a little in his seat. Katie, sitting where she could see him, caught it instantly and pulled out her phone and started typing, showing the final result to Carlos; he nodded, getting off at the first exit.
"Dude, we're not even half way to the park," Logan said.
"I need gas and K forgot her water bottle," Carlos said easily. Logan sighed, playing along even though he'd filled up the tank that morning. Carlos chewed his lip and parked the car in front of the convenience store.

He nodded, rushing out of the car and in to the store with her. "How did you know?"
"Nevermind that," she said, spotting a bathroom at the back corner of the store. "They're in the back now go."
MEANWHILE IN THE CAR....
"Carlos I filled up the tank this morning," Logan said. "And if I'm correct that pink thing in the side of your backpack is Katie's water bottle, is it not?"
"Um..." was all Carlos could manage to get out.
"You could have told me the truth, I knew he had to pee," Logan said.
"He get's really self-conscious about it though," Carlos said. "It's just easier if I make an excuse or distraction and Katie takes him."
Logan nodded as the other two came back to the car. "We good?" he asked them, getting a nod from Katie and James.
"Then lez go!" Carlos said, pulling out of the parking lot.
"Um..." was all Carlos could manage to get out.
"You could have told me the truth, I knew he had to pee," Logan said.
